When do I get access?

Batch 1 invites roll out mid-July, in waves. Crews (groups who signed up together) get in before solo signups. If you're on the waitlist, watch your inbox — invites come by email.

How do I delete my account and data?

Once the app is live: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent — your profile and content are removed within 30 days.

You can also request deletion of your account or your waitlist data anytime by emailing support@ketchup.day from the address you signed up with.

How do I report content or a user?

In the app, every video and profile has a report option, and you can block any user instantly. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. For urgent safety issues, email us with "URGENT" in the subject line.

Who can see my videos?

Only members of the circles you share to. There is no public feed, no discover page, and no way for strangers to find your content. More in our Privacy Policy.
